Bryan was born December 18, 1978, the son of Dennis and Mary (Calvert) Hebeler in Clinton, Iowa. He attended Thomson High School and graduated with the Class of 1997. He also attended the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired in Jacksonville, Illinois and earned his Associate's Degree from Clinton Community College. Bryan owned and operated Bryan's Top Notch Vending in Moline, serving the East Moline Correctional Center, Thomson Bureau of Federal Prisons, and many other businesses. He enjoyed visiting Bim at the McGinnis Farms. Bryan was a very generous person, a role model to his friends and family, and a great businessman. He enjoyed spending time outdoors camping and bike riding. He also loved sports—especially the Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks and the Fighting Illini. Even though Bryan struggled with lifelong health problems, he would always say "Don't worry, there's always someone worse off than me." Bryan and his sister, Angie had such a special bond with each other and talked daily.
Bryan will be dearly missed by his wife, Stephanie Hebeler; his parents, Dennis and Mary Hebeler of Thomson; his sister, Angela (Chris) Bradshaw of Clayton, North Carolina; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a special aunt, Bobbi (Brian) Kamen. Bryan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Rosalyn Calvert, Leonard and Irene Hebeler; great-grandparents, Walter and Gayle Calvert; a special uncle Bob Calvert, and a special cousin, Kelly Satterly.
