Very sorry to learn of Jim’s passing. We were neighbors and classmates in elementary school(farms adjoining). Was real sad when his family moved to Wisconsin. Remember Jim and his sisterSusanfrom our Elvira school days. To the family: keep his memory close to your hearts.

I played with Jim when we both attended Elvira grade school. When your family moved it was a sad time for me. I remember Dennis and Susan and the fun Jim and I had on the play ground and playing baseball. I have thought of Jim every once in a while and wondered where he ended up. I am glad to here he had a good life but wish I could have seen him again. My prayers are with you and I know we will meet again someday. He was a good friend. My phone number is 563-522-2895 if you want to talk.

I worked with Jim at Chemplex in Clinton. He was legendary for how strong he was. He was one of the best persons I have ever known or worked with. A great family man. I think about him every groundhog day, which is his wife's birthday. He'd always say he was going to ask Sharon if we were going to have early spring. I'm sorry to Sharon and the boys for their loss. Jim (Knobby) will be remembered and missed.
