Linda K. Young, 67, of Fulton, passed away, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
A Celebration of Life will be from 1:00 - 4:00 pm, Sunday, March 19, 2017 at her home, 828 10th Avenue, Fulton, Illinois. The Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is assisting the family with the cremation. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting her obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
Linda Kay Holt was born January 2, 1950 in Savanna, Illinois, the daughter of Harold and Norma (Schaut) Holt. She was a 1968 graduate of Bossier High School. She was married to Roger Young for 19 years.
Linda worked in the customer service department at Hy-Vee for 7 years. She enjoyed time spent with family and friends especially her children and grandchildren. She was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan.
Linda is survived by her two children: Erica (Chris) Fuller of Clinton and Michael (Amy) Young of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina; her mother: Norma Holt of Fulton, Illinois; two grandchildren: Ashton and Brooklynn; one sister: Jan (Jerry) Tomlinson of Bethpage, Tennessee; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center - University of Iowa Foundation.
