Clinton, Iowa - Benjamin Jensen, 72, of Clinton, passed away, Monday, February 2, 2026 at his home.

Benjamin Christian Jensen was born on February 6, 1953, in Clinton, Iowa the son of Dexter and Patricia (Yealy) Jensen. He was a 1971 graduate of Camanche High School. He served in the United States Navy during Vietnam.

Ben worked in the carshop for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad for many years. He enjoyed playing golf; playing many rounds at Valley Oaks. He also cared for many cats over the years; his favorites being Gizmo and Abby.

Ben is survived by his siblings: Stan Jensen of Clinton, and Maggie (James) Klaes of Clinton; two nephews: Bob and Dexter; and several cousins including Barb Leonard and Mel Coleman. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Thomas and a sister: Lucinda.
