Clinton, Iowa - Dolores Ann Wolf, age 96, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, at the Sarah Harding Home, Clinton. Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to noon; followed by a short service at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Springdale Cemetery, Clinton. Dolores was born on Oct. 19, 1929, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Raymond and Catherine (Ries) Dawes. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1948 and Clinton Community College in 1950. She married Eugene Wolf on Sept. 27, 1958, in Clinton, Iowa; he died in 2015.

Dolores worked at Spiegel Catalog for 15 years, KROS Radio, and for 21 years at the Clinton Herald in retail advertising. Dolores and Eugene loved going to the cabin and both shared their love for animals.

Dolores is survived by several nieces and nephews including, Mari Ann Hannon, Susan (Martin) Curley, and Thomas (Stephanie) Hannon; and grandnieces Mary (Tom) Hall, Michelle (Alex) Anklam, and Rebecca (Jacob) Spahn. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Eugene, and a sister, Leotta.
