Joyce A. Rowe, 83, of Camanche, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

Funeral Services will be at noon, Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Mulholland, Russ Wiebers, Jerry Wiebers, Gary Murphy, Jim Sowle, Dave Schuette, Jeff Moore, and Bob Alm. Joyce Ann Iliff was born on January 16, 1942, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Marvel (Goers) Iliff. She attended Camanche School and then Clinton Community School during her high school years. After high school, Joyce attended beauty school. She married William Rowe on March 14, 1959, in Clinton, Iowa; he preceded her in death on February 23, 2017.

Joyce and her mother owned and operated Marvel's Beauty Shop for many years. She was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Camanche. She spent many years supporting the Camanche Fire Department and other local organizations.

She loved boating and fishing on the Mississippi River. She enjoyed winters vacationing in Texas and Florida. Mostly, she loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children: Roxann (John) Dixon of Camanche and William (Laura) Rowe; seven grandchildren: Elizabeth (Chris) Torrence, Ashtyn (Matt Gries) Dixon, Alexandra (Joseph) Gassman, Madeline Rowe, Quinn Rowe, Aaron (Jennifer) Dixon and Angela (Paul) Frazer; great grandchildren: Elliott, Jack, Anna, Mary, and baby girl Gassman due in May; cousins: Karla and Keith Morgan family (August and Henry), Karen and Bill Manikowski family, Kathy Baker family, Mike and Viki Marr family, and Lynn and Reed Moore family.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one brother, William Iliff.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Camanche Fire Department and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for Charlie's Angels.
