Clinton, Iowa - Kathie Murphy, 68, of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at her home.

Kathie Dawn Stowers was born on August 6, 1957, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Esben and Fern (Brown) Stowers. She was in the Camanche High School class of 1975. She married Curtis Murphy on December 18, 1982, in Camanche.
Kathie loved the Wizard of Oz, spending time with her five grandchildren and being with her close friends.
Kathie is survived by her husband: Curtis of Clinton; her son: Kage (Kristina) Murphy of Camanche, her daughter: Beth (Wes) Krogmann of Camanche; and five grandchildren: Kirsten, Kiera, Joey, River and Lilly. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
