Susan L. Kissock, age 71, of Clinton, passed away Thursday Feb. 20, 2025 at The Alverno, Clinton. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial will be held at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com

Susan was born on Dec. 3, 1953, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Franklin and Lois (Bentrup) Wiesner. She attended Clinton High School. She had worked at various local taverns as a bartender and a dealer at Wild Rose Casino for many years. She enjoyed fishing, bingo, bowling, trivia, music, and movies. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

Susan is survived by her four daughters, Lynn (Dale) Schroeder of Clinton, Iowa, Amy (Matt) Finn of Clinton, Iowa, Renee (Don) Mickelson of Andover, Iowa, and Mary (Kristi) Kissock of Rock Island, IL; she dearly loved her 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister, Linda Wiesner of Clinton, Iowa; two brothers, Bill (Kerry) Wiesner of Clinton, Iowa and Ken (Kim) Wiesner of Preston, Iowa; two aunts, Barb Wiesner and Gayle Uhl; and several nieces, cousins, and nephews, including special nephew, Will Wiesner. She was preceded in death by her parents, uncle, Jay, and her great aunt, Alice.
